Get in the spring spirit by taking advantage of the beautiful weather we have been having lately and open some windows before whipping up these Easter Dessert Recipes. Before you know it, your family will be asking what smells so good!

Bunny Bait
You'll need:
2 cups pretzels
1 bag popped white popcorn
1 package white melting chocolate
1 bag festive M&M's
2 cups Chex cereal
1 container colored sprinkles

Bunny Bait is about to become a springtime staple for you if you love a good sweet and salty combo! And it comes together in the blink of an eye! Spread out some pretzels, popcorn and Chex cereal on a sheet, use 30 second intervals to melt your candy melts in the microwave, then drizzle the melted chocolate over the baking sheet giving the mixture a good stir when your done. Add sprinkles to the top and then once the chocolate has hardened, break up the bark and add M&M's before serving!

Egg Nests
You'll need:
1 package chocolate candy melts
2 cups pretzel sticks, broken up


Spring M&M's or speckled eggs

These little chocolate egg nests are so cute that you might not want to eat them! But they are so delicious you won't think twice about it! Using 30 second intervals, begin to melt your chocolate, making sure to stir well between each session, or if you want to get fancy use a double boiler. Once it's all melted, stir in the broken up pretzels and then begin to form your nests, allowing them to set on parchment paper. Last but not least add your "eggs" (M&M's or speckled eggs)!

Chocolate Dipped Rice Krispie Treat Eggs
You'll need:
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
10oz mini marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
1 bag chocolate candy melts
Sprinkles
Egg-shaped cookie cutter

If you're not feeling like the world's best baker, Rice Krispie Treats are the perfect foolproof Easter dessert! And with some sprinkles and chocolate, these ones incorporate a little spring spirit too. Whip up your favorite Rice Krispie Treat recipe, then dip or drizzle them with melted white or chocolate candy melts. Add sprinkles before the chocolate sets if you really want to get crazy and then enjoy!

Chocolate Dipped Peeps
You'll need:
1-2 packages of Peeps
1 package white or chocolate candy melts
Sprinkles

Another easy Easter treat recipe can be summed up in one word: Peeps. While you could serve them up on their own, why not make them a little extra special by dipping them in chocolate? All you have to do is again, melt some candy melts and then dip your Peeps either half way, or all the way, and allow them to set on parchment paper. Just remember, if you're adding sprinkles, get them on there before the chocolate hardens!
